Hi, I'm Tracie Sage, teacher, coach and founder of Wild Spirit Yoga, and a catalyst for transformational shifts into love, health, joy & thriving.

Yoga is foundational in my life and leading yoga retreats in beautiful places is my delight! I'm passionate about sharing practical and playful ways to inspire our personal discovery and fullest expression, creating loving connection with ourselves and each other. In my home life, I’m a country gal living a natural healthy lifestyle in a small rural town and community that I love. I grow herbs and food, making my own herbal medicines and body care and preserving food for winter. I'm also blessed to follow my calling as an international love catalyst and relationship coach using my background in movement therapy, yoga and counseling. I'm a woman on a mission to heal and transform enough people and relationships to inspire a new era in which our children grow up surrounded and embraced by healthy, happy and loving relationship role models and, in turn, can create healthy, happy, loving relationships of their own. This mission inspired and stretched me to write and publish a book,"The Missing Manual to Love, Marriage and Intimacy".

I coach individuals and couples to radically improve their most intimate relationships as well as leading transformational yoga retreats for personal growth enthusiasts who love nature, travel, yoga, fitness and delicious, healthy food. It nourishes my spirit to empower others with health, joy and vitality.
